A high-quality catch can is essential for keeping PCV oil out of the combustion chamber—preventing carbon build-up, improving efficiency, and protecting your engine under hard street or track use. The Demon Pro Parts 1.0L Baffled Catch Can is engineered to deliver unrestricted flow while maintaining effective internal baffling to separate oil vapour from crankcase gases.

Built from durable 5052 aluminium, each tank is precisely robot-welded for strength and finished in a premium high-polish coating. CNC-machined AN fittings ensure a leak-free installation, while the tapered banjo-style drain plug allows clean, mess-free servicing. If required, the drain can be replaced with any compatible AN or barb adapter for a permanent return setup.
