Recently, we at Demon pro parts have released a new line of Ford Falcon Parts, mainly relating them to the FG Barra Variant, and while they may seem a bit basic, there has been hundreds of ours of brainstorming and development that has gone into these upgrades. Here is 3 of the BEST Ford Falcon Upgrades, if you want to keep your car reliable, weather you are making stock power, or 1000HP plus!
1. Demon Pro RS -10AN Baffled Oil Catch Can for BA BF FG FGX and Territory
Over the last few years, we have seen many era's in the Turbo Falcons, from when 400hp was the norm, then 600hp, and now, you see a 1000hp barra every day of the week. When it comes to the tech that's pushing them that far, most parts have evolved, aside from the basic catch can... We saw a hole in the market for a simple, bolt on, true -10AN catch can that allows for insane flow, and is safe when going 1000hp+. Included in the kit are -10AN weld on fittings, 10AN braided lines, and also has a -12AN removable filter so you can choose to run the filter, or plumb it back into the intake. Internally, these catch cans have extensive baffles and diverters, and it also had a drain and valve included too!
2. Demon Pro RS Barra Turbo Oil Feed line
The factory oil lines on the Barra Turbo cars are quite frankly... utter garbage... The factory line runs an inline filter at the block, which very very frequently blocks up, and a turbo that doesn't get adequate oil, is a turbo that decides it doesn't want to spin any more.
The Demon Pro RS Oil Line is a high flow line with stainless fittings, and features a 44 micron billet oil filter to save your turbo from any oil contaminants. It's also serviceable, simply undo the filter on the front of the engine, wash it out, install it back inline and away you go!
3. Ford Falcon BA BF FG FGX Billet Aluminum T-Piece Fitting for Heater Hoses
Simple, yet fixes a huge floor in the HOTTEST part of the Falcon and Territory engine bay. The heater core hoses sit right above the exhaust, both on an Naturally aspirated car, and a turbo car. Ford being smart cookies, decided that letting 3 hoses hang with a plastic T-Piece was the best way to connect them, without taking into account thousands of kilometers of heat cycling. The solution is simple, Aluminum is corrosion resistant, deals with heat, and means you will never have to worry about your coolant system leaking due to insufficient materials splitting over time! This part also ties along well with our optional Heater line bracket, that ties away the water lines to the firewall, to keep it further away from the exhaust.
