The factory plastic heater hose T-piece used in Ford Falcon BA-BF and FG Barra engines is a well-known weak point—prone to cracking and leaking as the plastic becomes brittle with age. With Ford no longer producing this part, Demon Pro Parts offers a high-quality solution.
Our billet aluminum replacement is precision-machined from 6061 aluminum and finished with a black anodised coating for superior corrosion resistance and durability. Designed as a direct upgrade, it features dual 3/4" inlet barbs and includes both 3/8" and 5/8" outlet barb fittings, allowing compatibility with multiple models.
