Performance and Durability:

Crafted with a robust bar-and-plate design, the ZD30 Patrol Mount Intercooler delivers exceptional airflow while maintaining a compact and efficient form. The Factory top mount intercooler is quite small and mounted directly ontop of the engine, very inefficient and prone to heat soak. the Demon pro Parts Front Mount when testing on the Dyno, can drastically improve driveability and responsiveness, as well as maintain peak power for longer. 

During Testing, we found at 24psi on the Spartan ZD30 DI Turbo, back to back with the Top Mount intercooler, the front mount was able to increase torque by 120nm at 1700rpm and peaking at 600nm, and carry an extra 30rwhp across the board (on AT35's), whilst only seeing 1psi max of pressure drop across the core.

The one-piece alloy intercooler pipes are precision-engineered, ensuring optimised airspeed to reduce turbo lag and outright durability.
