What is the Max Boost?
The listed Max Boost is 16 PSI, provided as an original factory reference. This is a factory reference, rather than a performance-upgrade target.
Do I need an ECU tune?
No. It’s made to run on the engine’s original settings.
What should I check before fitting it?
Find and fix what caused the old turbo to fail. Common causes are oil starvation or contaminated oil, foreign objects, intake or boost leaks, exhaust or DPF restrictions and boost-control faults.
What warranty does it have?
12 months, under the Demon warranty policy.
