Our Custom Demon Pro Parts Air Boxes are designed for the enthusiasts chasing a higher and cleaner volume of air to their engines. Being that these are copied from the Nissan design, they are a direct fitment into your Y61 Patrols, and they also fit GQ Patrols too! (Note: GQ Patrols may need a mount hole drilled). The air-boxes have had modifications done to them to increase flow, strength, and sealing capability for those super deep river crossings.

Upgrading to 3.5-inch inlets and outlets allows for over 290 CFM of airflow, and it allows you to run larger snorkels and intake pipes without the need to run ugly silicone reducers.

Our Intake Piping kit has designed to not only replace the factory rubber intake hose that constantly perishes, but to increase air flow characteristics to allow the turbocharger to spool easier, Creating better response and power across the board.

Our Pipe Kit Has The Following,

•  1/8TH Barb Welded In. ( This Is For Your Factory Boost Controller To Get a Source. )
• 1/2 Inch Barb For Your Breather Hose.
• Mounting Bracket For You Factory Boost Controller. (Also Can Mount Aftermarket Ones Here To)
• 4 PLY Black Silicon Hose.
• Stainless Clamps.
• 3 Inch Anodised Alloy Hard Pipe.
• DPP Airbox
• Filter

Fitting Notes:

This air-box may not fit for some models with dual battery setups.

Piping from air-box to engine will need to be modified.

Some early GQ Y60 models will need a mounting hole drilled.

We don't provide any pipework/joiners to connect the air-box to the snorkel. That’s in your hands to plumb as there are too many variations.
